The large open floor plan tree-top villa is perfect for two to four people with high beamed ceilings and two lovely large bedrooms with private baths.  Paved roads in the exclusive Upper Carolina estate take you to this lovely ridge-top villa for the most incredible views. 

Bordering the National Park, private and quiet Skyridge sits at 600 feet and two large decks and many sliders and windows open the house to mountain vistas, and gorgeous panoramic views of the turquoise sea and fourteen islands.  There are ceiling fans in every room and the cooling sea breezes flow through the house.  Bedrooms are air conditioned if desired.  A laundry with washer and dryer is on site for guest's use and the house is fully stocked with linens.

Perfectly located, Skyridge is only minutes from St. John’s North shore "top 10" voted beaches in the world for swimming or snorkeling.  Skyridge is fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment with coolers, beach towels and chairs for you to use. Or head to the "laid back" ambiance of Coral Bay, only five minutes away.  Coral Bay has recently built up from the sailing community it used to be and now features quite a few nice restaurants and shopping, including a gourmet market.  “Love City” mini mart is still here for groceries also.  And Coral Bay’s world famous “Skinny Legs” beach bar is still voted the best “Cheeseburger in Paradise” … or order a delicious pizza at Donkey Diner to take back to Skyridge.  Cruz Bay with all of its offerings is only 15 minutes away.  Or hit the deck hammock for a nap!

The decorative tile pool is one of the most relaxing on St. John and has beautiful mountain views by day and countless stars and lights by night.  The large tiled patio around it features a gas barbeque grill, outside shower and comfortable lounge and dining furniture.  It is completely quiet and private, surrounded by banana and palm trees. 

For groups of more than four, the middle level of the villa is opened.  This is a separate duplex and 1200 square feet, three colorful bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and Great Room and decks, it is large enough to be its own house! Pick your own limes from this level’s living room deck! 

Note: The top floor of the villa is available for 2-4 people and price is comparable
to other cottages half the size and half the price.
